As one of the earliest design leaders at Instacart, I had the privilege of driving a transformative journey in the world of grocery shopping for over 5 years. Building several teams of talented designers and researchers, I helped set the bar for online grocery for millions of users nationwide — my teams shipped countless new features throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I helped grow the business taking it public, and later I redefined what in-store shopping could be with innovative in-person experiences.
